If you are struggling with your technique, hit a plateau or you don’t have the chance to work regularly with a weightlifting coach, video analysis is a fantastic and cost effective way to keep on top of things. For just £15 per lift (or £25 for two lifts) you can get a detailed report with a full breakdown of your technique and my advise for making improvements.
